Things to know
BLAST is going green. In our efforts to cut down on styrofoam, each camper will get an Easter Camp B.L.A.S.T. travel mug to use during camp and have a piece of memorabilia to take home, too.
Be careful using cell phones. Check your coverage plan before you come. You may be charged long distance both ways. So, if you are calling someone at camp you will both be charged.
What to bring
Internet access will be available in the Salish Lodge Click here for map (main dining building)  Toiletries:Enough medication for the weekend towel(s), ear plugs, mirror, shampoo & conditioner, soap, hairbrush, comb, deodorant, washcloth, toothbrush and toothpaste, denture supplies, eye glasses, contact lenses & supplies, sunscreen, bug spray.
Clothing:
T-shirts, swimsuit, long sleeve shirt, shorts, long pants, socks, warm sweater, pajamas, robe and slippers, rain cover, sun hat, sunglasses, shoes (suitable for walking, not sandals), warm clothes for the campfire as evenings and daytime can be chilly, especially if we have rainy periods.
Equipment:
Bedding is supplied (you may want to bring an additional blanket for warmth) adaptive equipment: cane, wheelchair, feeding aids, communication book or devices, towel for pool, water bottle and ID.
Optional:
Flashlight for any evening stroll? A battery powered reading light, journal, writing materials, puzzles, reading materials, magazines, guitar, umbrella. If you need an electrical outlet bring a powerbar and/or extension, camera to record the wonderful scenery and sights of your weekend.
Essential:
An adventurous spirit and a sense of fun to be shared with other stroke survivors while meeting new life long friends who share your challenges.
