 What to Bring

 

    

        Zajac rules:    Scent Free.

No food allowed to be brought on Premises.


 

The ranch is very strict about this policy for the very sensitive children that attend the summer camps.


 

It’s BLAST 2019!   Our 9th year Building Life After Stroke Together



 

We are all returning campers except Danny who has been attending our dinners at Trocaderos for almost two years. He’s been in the family, just never made it to camp. I’m sure you know what you need and will still forget something because that’s just how we roll.

Most important bring enough medication for the weekend, your mug and BLAST wear

Toiletries:     **Please refrain from using any scented products.  Zajac is scent free.

Towel(s), ear plugs, mirror, shampoo & conditioner, soap, hairbrush, comb, deodorant, washcloth, toothbrush and toothpaste, denture supplies, eyeglasses, contact lenses & supplies, sunscreen, bug spray.  

 

Clothing:

Swimsuit, pool shoes, Bathrobe, Tshirt,  long sleeve shirt, shorts, long pants, socks, warm sweater, pajamas, robe and slippers, rain gear, sun hat, sunglasses, shoes (suitable for walking, not sandals), warm clothes and boots for the campfire and horseback. It can get chilly in the mountains. Consider comfortable shoes for dancing.  

Equipment:

Bedding is supplied, but you may want to bring an additional blanket for warmth.

Water bottle, flashlight,  battery powered reading light. Journal, reading and writing materials, puzzles, magazines, guitar, umbrella, camera.. Power bar and/or extension..  


 

A few more tidbits:

Bring your old mug and get a new label for it and/or take another one if you need it.

Consider bringing a prize for the auction   or last year’s photos for our memory book.

Socks for the craft. Wash them first to get the sizing out for the paint to adhere well.

There is limited WIFI  access We’ll give you the code at orientation.

Everything is provided and there is nothing to buy so leave money and valuables at home.
